Goosehead Insurance - David Baker Agency

Completely unresponsive!! I find it funny that Nathaniel Moseley gave David Baker a good review. Moseley was my initial agent when I joined Goosehead. Moseley disappeared and David acquired my account. Auto insurance has about doubled every year with Goosehead…. I have tried numerous times to speak with anyone other than the answering service… no luck! Honestly….I don’t think David Baker even really exists! 3/16/25 In true David Baker fashion…..still no reply….even tho his “team” responded to my negative review. Read it for yourself…he said he would be in touch… never happened. Steer clear of this guy and Goosehead

Completely unresponsive. Our home insurance provider dropped our coverage and David at Goosehead never reached out to talk through options as the deadline approached and passed. We currently don't have insurance and are looking everywhere for coverage. None of our calls got through to anyone. No communication whatsoever. I'm not sure this is a legit operation if you can't reach anyone through email or phone, especially with something as important as home insurance. I would recommend finding another agent.

David Baker is the professional and courteous Agent I know I can rely on. He always answers my questions and addresses my concerns promptly and honestly. We were able to save on both home & auto with David.
