Cancellation. This person Ajay is good as long as you are not cancelling the service. I had a hard time with him and the service email address he has provided for cancelling the service. The policy through goosehead can't be cancelled through the policy online account and that made me dependent on this fake insurance company . They were overpriced as well , but couldn't realized until I went to other agent who got the same coverage for home insurance with 2/3rd price.
