I have been working with Noah Chamberline and his team for a while now on a professional and personal level! On a personal level, Noah has always done all he can to find me the best policy for the best rate for my situation!!! On a professional level, i am a loan officer who has used Noah to get quotes for my clients. He always is responsive and quick to get me the best quotes for the area!!! He has always provided nothing but professional, personable, and timely service!!! On both a professional a personal level I highly recommend using Goosebead insurance! I have also worked with other brokers at this agency including Katie Lach, Ben Sanders, Vaughn Shewell, and Josh Harms! I've never had anything but a good experience

Trevor was great! He was able to get me a different policy with all the same coverage for almost half the cost of the other policy! He explains things well and is always available when and if you have questions.

Good luck trying to talk to anyone. Even when you call the local number you have to speak to a robot and then get put on hold for 20 minutes. On top of that, they didn't follow through in canceling a policy even with email confirmation and it got sent to collections. Then they took a month to add a vehicle to my policy. The funny thing was, I had a phone call about that same vehicle and we decided to not add it to the policy. They went ahead and did it anyway. A month later... I've also had to wait a full week without an answer over email on several occasions. Find another option.

My experience with Goosehead was terrible. At first, they were able to set me up with auto and home policies that saved me money, but the customer service ended there. I have never in my adult life had such a hard time with my insurance. They bounced me around from agent to agent to service team to Adrian's assistant when I had issues I needed them to resolve. When I recently asked them to re-shop quotes for me to see if I could find potential savings, I just never heard from them. I felt like my entire experience with Goosehead was a 'bait and switch.' I have recently engaged with another insurance broker and FINALLY feel heard and respected. Don't waste your time and money.
