Farmers Insurance - Jeffrey Jones

Jeff Jones is an outstanding agent. Jeff cares about his clients and always encourages them to call with any questions or concerns so he can provide the best service for their needs. Jeff often responds to calls and inquiries in person. My husbands car was damaged while being serviced and though Farmers didn’t have any role in the matter Jeff called my husband and I several times during the ordeal to ensure that our matter was being handled properly. We moved out of state will definitely miss the great care and service we received from Jeff Jones at Farmers.

Jeff has been incredible to work with. He has taken the time to get to know my family to better understand our needs. He has worked hard to make sure we are getting the best deal possible, even when it means he doesn't get as much commission. He is very laid back and easy to talk to, and he truly cares about his clients.

Best experience I have ever had with an insurance company. Was extremely involved and went out of his way to make sure I had the best price and best coverage available. Being a forgetful person myself it was also great that even though it wasn't required or expected I got regular reminders about opportunities to lower my bills by doing simple things. Jeff took care of my cancellation from my previous insurance company who even with signed paperwork tried making things difficult. 100% suggest getting all of your insurance needs taken care of through Jeff and I am going to continue recommending him to absolutely everyone I know.

Jeff is an A+ insurance agent. He is professional, responsive, and has a fun, positive attitude. My wife and I have been hit twice in the last few years by other drivers, and Jeff has come to the accident scene both times! I’m sure he can’t do this every time for every client, but he has given us the best customer service we could ever ask for. Jeff has been been great walking us through our multiple policies and responding to all of our requests for information and clarification. He offered helpful extra information we wouldn't have known to ask about as we were creating our policy. His knowledge of the industry and Farmer's was especially helpful when we bought/sold/furloughed vehicles during the pandemic quarantine. We'd highly recommend.
