We have had our auto and home insurance with this Allstate office for about 8 years now and can't say enough good things about Jay Shipper and staff. They are personable, professional and helpful when it comes time to evaluate insurance coverage or file a claim. We like old school personal service when it come to our insurance agents and you'll get that here. Highly recommend!

I have dealt with and spoken to a few different Allstate agents, but none of them equate to Victoria and the customer service I received with Covenant insurance. She was very attentive had the knowledge beyond measure about the policies and what coverage I needed.
