First off I cannot stress enough absolutely do not rent a property from these people. Look at all the Yelp reviews of this company- they need to be shut down for the absolutely shady business they are running and have their realtor license revoked. Throughout my entire three years of living at a property manager by these people every single time trying to get a hold of somebody there takes three emails at least or a personal visit to get things done. I paid rent 5 to 10 days early every single month and it absolutely did not do a single thing, do not pay these people a single day early because they will never return the favor of being courteous or on time with anything that they are asked to do. Make sure if you do rent a property that you take video of every single thing in the house.
