Glenn Slifker is unprofessional, rude, and a dishonest agent. What should have been a simple process of getting a quote turned into a complete nightmare involving dishonesty, extreme rudeness, and a total lack of professionalism. Here is a summary of the negative experience: 1. Policy Created Against Wishes: After receiving a quote, both Glenn and his colleague Mark were explicitly notified that the policy was not wanted. Despite this clear refusal, they initiated the policy anyway, leading to unnecessary billing issues and subsequent excuses regarding the difficulty of correction. This conduct is both dishonest and unethical. Miraculously after I contacted him by phone after he sent me an email for him to “look into the issue” he was able to cancel the policy so I’m not sure what th

Glenn and the team at his Allstate office are amazing. They truly are like family, and will go above and beyond to ensure your needs are meet, and done as quickly as possible. I have several accounts with Glenn, and often need information at a moments notice. Glenn always does whatever he can to ensure that I get that information as quickly as possible. In fact, he has always been able to provide the information within minutes. Having lived in Apex, NC for over 13 years, I wouldn't recommend anyone else when it comes to your insurance needs. Glenn and his team, well they are truly a 5 star operation. Don't waste you time going anywhere else, and go see Glenn. You won't regret it.

Glenn & his Staff always do a great job. They are thorough & are responsive to our needs. There is only 5 stars available but I'll give them 11 out of 10. I was with them for 8 years. I'm leaving today only because I'm moving out of the state. They were always OUTSTANDING, great costumer service, extremely helpful, very informative and ready to assist with clarifying any doubts in minutes.
