Another prime example on how local businesses in Antigo DO NOT get the concept of customer service.  1. For 10 years, I have asked for my ranch/farm policy to be transferred to my account.  It was either not done or I was told it was too hard to do.   When I call to inquire, it takes about ten minutes (every time) to explain the situation.  2.  I asked to insure a piece of farm equipment……I was never called back.  3. I wanted a heater installed in my garage.  I was told by Drew he would come out and survey the situation.  He never showed up or called.  4. I was double billed for Homeowners and Farm/Ranch policy.    I have no complaints about Nancy, she tries, and I believe that she is the only reason that office is still running.  Drew is very apathetic towards his customers.  He doesn’t r

Love dealing with this company. Namely Julie she always helps me she's awesome. Friendly people they try to get you good rates

They are terrible with returning phone calls, or answering emails. If I get the run-around with quotes and basic questions.... I can't imagine what I would have to deal with if I have a claim.

It is the best insurance agency in the world!!!
