Phenomenal people; very kind, caring and friendly to a t, Capitol T that is. Any time there was concern for repair, who to fix a flat or a question in regards to my car insurance they always were there to help. They even came out on a cold, cold day to start my car. I love them peoples, they were absolutely the best. Oh yea, price of car 🚙 insurance the best as well. Definitely the place to go. Gonna miss ya girls❣️

I called Brec at Arika Alft State Farm Insurance at about 11 in the morning. I just purchased a recreational vehicle and wanted insurance for it. I have existing policies for home, auto etc. By 1 in the afternoon I was able to print identification cards, an application receipt and a receipt for premium payment. The service was awesome. I definitely would recommend Brec, the Alft agency and State Farm to friends and family.

I love how much care and time are given every time I reach out with questions or need to change things around in our policies. I got to work with Brec today and she's so sweet and patient.
