Jenni helped us near the end of the day to get a certificate of insurance on the new vehicle so we could drive it off the lot (Illinois law...) that same day. She got it done and hung around the office until we knew all was good to go. We can't thank her enough for the service she provided to us!
Jeff Lund was very efficient and helpful with our homeowners insurance when I was shopping around. He found ours for nearly half the price I found on geico! I was able to do everything over the phone and I have the reassurance of a brick and mortar business that I can actually go to in person if need be. This is the way to go for sure!
