Crystal Todd is probably the best insurance agent I’ve ever dealt with. I work in the roofing industry and deal with insurance companies on a nearly daily basis helping identify storm damage and then getting insurance to pay for it. When I met a former adjuster for farm bureau and learned more about the company, I knew I wanted to do business with them. Crystal took great care of me in getting me a quote for my home and auto coverages. The quote was well below my previous insurance with Allstate AND I got more coverage. The quote she gave me and the final price after the underwriters checked was within a few dollars and I saved $1500 by switching plus I have confidence that if I need to make a large claim(like for hail damage to my roof) that GA Farm Bureau will be there to pay out.

My agent is very thorough and is always timely getting back to me when I have questions.

I was dealing with high premiums, high down payments, long waiting for a quote. When I called Drew Fleetwood at Farn bureau in Canton, GA. He gave me a very reasonable quote and he did it on the phone call right away. I have never been more pleased when dealing with my auto insurance.

*BUYER BEWARE! READ THIS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS HERE* SUPER shady business practices - read the other bad reviews. They will cancel your policy without your knowledge, then blame you for it. I had auto insurance through Farm Bureau for 4 years. I liked my original agent and was impressed with the coverage, price, and small-town feel. I set up my payments monthly via autopay. After I received a new card, I updated my autopay info, received a confirmation of the change, and continued making payments, being charged different amounts each time. Nearly 2 months after updating my card, I received a notice from the state that my vehicle's registration would be suspended for a lapse in liability coverage. Shocked and confused, I reached out for an explanation - surely there must be a mistake

I have had no issues GFB. Everything goes well. Only reason this is a 3 is to get their attention and make sure they have better “attention to detail” when they send out a mailer. Laughingly they sent a nice card that said it included a decal of their dog mascot. There was no sticker/decal in the envelope. 🙄
