Team here is great. Don’t know any of them personally but have had a telephone relationship with them for 8 yrs. Very professional and helpful. I feel like Monica and Victor are my friends both have been efficient and have outstanding customer service. Always making me feel confident in their service. Definitely would recommend to any looking for professionalism and honesty for their trucking insurance!!!

I’ve been with Genesis for a few years now, Very grateful for Domenica and Sabrina. Domenica helps me stay on top of my payments by calling every month and always sending out my certificates in a timely manner. the couple times my policy has gone into cancellation Sabrina has always come through to help me reinstate my policy and keeps me updated during process. These woman are lifesavers always on top of it.

Great insurance company. Best decision switching to them a few years ago(they were actually recommended to me by another insurance company), good rates and customer service. When I need changes on my coi's they are emailed to me in minutes not days later like other companies.
