My family and I have been coming here for years, the last year or so we’ve experienced extremely bad customer service from both mom and daughter on Boca chica location, very rude, not helpful. They never answer the phone, never at the offices, never get back to us either. 0/10
Mrs garza is super awesome, she really takes her time to help you and give You the best policy available! If you need insurance give her a call, she is a rock star!

I called and the lady answered and said she was busy and was going to get back to me. She never did. That's just rude, As if to say I don't need your business. Its been 3 weeks
