I had a disappointing experience at IAA Brownsville for my first time due to the front desk. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful when I asked basic questions, and the interaction felt dismissive rather than customer focused. I understand busy days happen, but professionalism and courtesy should be consistent.
They provide awesome customer service and insurance paperwork is delivered very quickly to home. I am very thankful for Mayra Alaniz for helping me get insurance. 100% recommended‼️
