Freeway Insurance

I had a very mixed experience with this insurance company. My initial interaction with a customer service representative was extremely frustrating. He was short, impatient, repeatedly cut me off while I was speaking, and did not make me feel respected as a customer. I remained patient and understanding, but it reached a point where I had to directly state that I expected the same level of respect I was giving. Unfortunately, the interaction did not improve and felt dismissive overall.
