Gallardo Insurance

I honestly don't know why they have a phone number listed if they don't answer. I've called over 20 times for the last week. Before they stopped answering, I had called two times. The first time, I paid my insurance over the phone and asked them to email me the policy for the month (the one you need to drive and that can get you fined for not having). The processed my payment instantly but said they were going to send email later because they were busy. I never received the email. I called again, that same day and they said they would send it. I called the next day, and they said I should call again or wait for their call because they were busy. I called again after 1 hour, and they didn't answer. Ever since then, they have not answered. This business my truck got windows broken right in front of them. Someone went and smashed my window from my suv. There was two ladies there, which I am sure saw what happened to my truck. They have cameras facing the place where my vehicle was parked. Yet they refused to show the camera to the officer or us saying they had no access to the cameras. What is the point of having cameras.

I don’t know why they have a phone if they do not answer!!!! I do not have time to go all the way to the office and pay in person I’ve been trying to contact someone for 3 days and nothing(and that’s because I called more than 10 times ) totally frustrated and mad about that !!!!

I was able to get a quote by phone . I did not like the explanation the agent told me when I told her if she could lower her rate.

Great service, great insurance rates. My family and I have been going to Gallardo Insurance for over 12 years. Wouldn't change them for any other insurance company.
