I called for a home and auto policy quote on 11-10-21, spoke to Debra for about 40 minutes to give her all my info. I STILL have never received my emailed quote or a call about it. I'm no longer interested in their insurance. If this is how responsive they are, God forbid I ever need to file a claim!😠
