When Evan Miller passed away and we were assigned to Allen Hamilton as our agent, we found him and his staff to be as interested in responding to our needs as our life-long former agent. Allen and his staff are always very helpful and quick to respond whatever our issue or information needs may be as well as pleasant. We have been quite pleased and comfortable with him and his staff. Mr. Hamilton has always been very honest, had my best interests when properly insuring my vehicles and home. He gets the process moving pretty fast when something happens and a claim is needed. I would recommend him to anyone who wants an insurance agent that they can depend on.

Allen is my hero!!! It was early morning and my vehicle wouldn't start. I called roadside assistance, but something went wrong and no one came at the time indicated. I called the tow company (no order), I called roadside (said to wait)... 2 hours???? Then, office hours started, so I called Allen. He came to the rescue and immediately jumped my vehicle, but also called a parts store that would not only sell, but replace the battery. Finally, I was on my way thanks to Allen. Best service EVER!!!! Thanks Allen, my hero!! : )

I give Alan Hamilton & his team 5 stars. They have always helped me through many trying times I been through the years. I also have had excellent serves threw the claims department.
