I had a great experience working with Keeley and Olivia at State Farm. Both were extremely pleasant, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about the details that actually matter when choosing coverage. Keeley took the time to walk me through rate comparisons and helped me gain a much deeper understanding of what I was actually paying for, not just the price, but the protection behind it. What I really appreciate was their level of customer service. That seems lost with most insurance these days. They were patient, thorough, and focused on making sure I felt confident in my decisions rather than rushing the process. That level of care truly sets them apart in the market. I spoke with Drew. I saved a lot of money switching but most importantly I was told about the cancer insurance policy and you cannot beat it. I added it to my policy for very minimal amount but this is the best policy I have heard. I was just with Olivia who was a huge help getting insurance cancelled and getting me taken care of. Knowledgeable and so extremely friendly. The best quote around. Definitely give them a call and ask about the cancer life policy if you do not have one. The Best People!!
