I had a terrible experience with this agency from the very beginning. I scheduled an appointment over the phone, but when I arrived at the office as planned, they claimed I had never booked one. Then they insisted I hadn’t provided certain information, even though I had. The staff treated me with complete disrespect, as if I didn’t matter. Kelly was especially rude—she wouldn’t even look me in the eye and abruptly left during my appointment, saying she was very angry. Kevin was equally unprofessional, acting skeptical and dismissive. When I asked questions, he flat-out told me he didn’t have time to explain anything. I left feeling extremely disappointed. I would never recommend this agency to anyone. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of whether they meet an agency
