I had a wonderful experience at AAA Auburn. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and compassionate—truly a breath of fresh air. Their attention to detail and patience reminded me of old-school customer service, where people genuinely care and go the extra mile. Highly recommend for anyone looking for knowledgeable assistance and a warm, welcoming environment.

Sitting home relaxing now... will shop for a new tire tomorrow morning. As I was riding home from RI on 295, I had a blowout. I pulled over, looked at the shredded tire and thanked the Lord. Then, I immediately called the number on my AAA card I fetched from my wallet. My plea for help was answered by an understanding and informative agent. In less than a half hour, Carlos arrived on the scene and replaced my destroyed tire with a so-called "donut" tire ( he had to pump more air into my "donut."). Carlos, completed the job in minutes-- I thanked him and he said bye after cautioning me in regards to my car returning from the side of the road to 295 North where cars whiz by at a fast clip. Thank you Carlos and the nice agents I talked to on the phone.

The service staff in side Michael was so rude. To me and my mother i was very disappointed in his behavior. He told my mother stop trying to look at his computer she was not just trying understand she said sorry was like sure whatever. Even through i was on the side of him just targeting her. He kept saying I don't know and no can't do that and his other coworker had to keep correcting him i am not sure his the guy knows how to do his job. If the people around him had to correct him over and over. He was dry and not very helpful refused to explained anything looked like he was just trying to get us out of the place. He said we couldn't spilt the tickets of the park we chose and said no and the staff you can. Utter lacked and human emotions and just another emotionless office person.

I would give zero stars if I could. I got locked out of my car on a 95 degree day. Set up the lockout service through the online setup. I was given an hour estimate for wait time. An hour later and I still had not even been assigned a service provider. I tried to call to speak to an actual human, but instead spoke to their automated call prompts, which reassured me that the fastest way to receive service would be to use the online setup (which I’d already done). At this point, an hour and a half had passed. I called my partner for help instead, but I left the service request open, just to see if they’d actually assign someone to help me. Three full hours from the time of placing my request for help, I still had not been assigned a service provider, at which point I cancelled my request. Th
