I'm still waiting for return calls from months ago. I got tired of constantly calling and leaving messages so I finally just gave up. When I had finally spoken with a live person at your office a few months ago they said they would look into my concerns and someone would call me back. Well, I'm still waiting. I was going to call Michael Frailey himself to let him know how much his staff does not care about their clients, but I figured it's just easier to take my business elsewhere. Once my and my family members' policies are up for renewal, you'll have less clients to ignore.

i dealt with them a few years back. one of the worst experiences with any company. some people in there care but hire ups don't. i wouldn't ever consider going back. i would highly not recommend them.
