Everyone in the office is very pleasant and very helpful. ALLWAYS.
Outragously high insurance premiums and not the best customer service. I had called to cancel my policies before the weekend. Was told the policy would be canceled. 2 business days into the next week and my policies were still active. Had to call the main Allstate line and got my policy canceled for the correct date within minutes.
Big thanks to Brandi Moser she got me quoted for 2 policy’s in record time and had me set up with new ID cards so I could purchase a new work van. We really appreciate your hard work !!
Great customer service 👍 always extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. Takes care of any issues quickly and correctly. Definitely would recommend!
