This insurance is worthless. It doesn't cover anything, the doctor's offices can't get a hold of them to verify anything, and they never send an updated insurance card. If you can avoid them, please do

Came by to learn about this place cause it was recommended by colleagues. When I came by I was met with a rude receptionist who asked what I wanted and when I asked for info I got told to leave the property. Do not recommend coming here.

Had an appointment set for today to save the only eye I can barely see out of due to diabetic retinopathy. Was called 2 hours before my appointment saying it was being canceled due to an insurance hang up. I am beyond devastated and could end up 100% blind without this treatment. Stay away from this insurance, it is bottom barrel and they don't care about the people paying for it.

Their dental coverage was denied in 5 different dental offices in California and New York. And it's supposed to be any dental office.

i can not find a single provider who takes this insurance!! they run you in circles trying to figure out where to get information from. NEVER sign up with them, save yourself the trouble. it’s miserable watching bills pile up because no one takes this insurance.
