I’ve had a great experience with Freedom Life. Their customer service has been attentive, responsive, and professional every time I’ve needed assistance. They took the time to answer my questions clearly and made sure I understood my coverage and options. What stood out most was how easy it was to get support when needed — no runaround, just straightforward help. It’s reassuring knowing there’s a team behind the coverage that genuinely cares about their clients. Appreciate the professionalism and service they’ve provided.

This company is a joke & should be shut down... don't waste your money, time or risk your healthcare with this. I orginally bought their bundled insurance through an agent when I was a travel nurse years ago. I think I've wasted more time on the phone with "customer service" than actually benefiting from the minimal coverage. They always have the same repetitive verbiage sending you in circles, a tactic for them to hope the customer just gives up & pays the bill that insurance was supposed to cover. And that's just for issues with bills for my own coverage....don't even get me started on false claims coming through for someone else in different states. Freedom Life's replies to that...the customer needs to investigate it, not them. Such a scam

On December 17th, I canceled my insurance policy through my online portal when I relocated out of the insured area. However, an automatic payment was processed for January. When I called on January 6th to say they took an auto-payment out of my account after stating I had canceled the policy. I was informed that the cancellation request required escalation to a supervisor for verification. Over the past two months, I have contacted Customer Service on at least ten occasions, and the response has consistently been the same: “We must elevate the cancellation request to a supervisor. to verify the cancellation of the policy before they can issue a check” Given that all calls are recorded, I am confident that my requests can be reviewed. Nevertheless, despite my repeated requests, this canc

I can't get put on my husband's insurance without receiving a letter from my previous insurance (Freedom Life) confirming that I canceled on the 16th since its against the lawcto be on two different types of insurance at the same time. Insurance said letter comes in the mail 3-5 business days. Its been 8 business days. I call Freedom support, they said they are still finalizing the termination of the previous insurance which take 21-30 business days, and then they send the letter after. HOW THE HECK DO THEY EXPECT PEOPLE TO GET THEIR MEDICINES AND DOCTORS VISITS?? I had to cancel 2 appointments this month because I wont be covered! 😔😞 I dont recommend Freedom Life for health insurance👎

Beyond the surface-level marketing language and polished sales pitches, what is most troubling is the pattern of conduct that appears to prioritize enrollment numbers over informed consent. When consumers are not given a clear, transparent explanation of what they are purchasing — especially in something as consequential as health insurance — the harm extends far beyond simple dissatisfaction. It creates instability in people’s financial planning, disrupts access to necessary medical care, and leaves families exposed to unexpected out-of-pocket expenses they were never prepared for. Health coverage decisions are often made during vulnerable moments — job transitions, medical diagnoses, loss of marketplace subsidies, or family changes. To leverage those moments with incomplete disclosures o
