Fast customer service, gentleman helped me with my poliicy and I was in and out. This is good insurance I realize the negative reviews are full of pity because people don't understand how their insurance policy works and get mad when they don't get what they want. Hate the game not the player folks

Such a bad customer service, rude guy, Almost 600 dollars a month for 1 car? Wth is that!?? They answer the phone because they need to put in the hours but have no experience, they don't know what they're doing, very rude.

So thankful for the referral I had because this ended up being a blessing. The agent I spoke with over the phone was as professional as they were friendly. I was not jerked around like I had been by so many companies. I kept feeling shocked at the ease, the clarity of every step by the same agent I spoke with over the phone. I was so relieved, still am , I've already referred this group to a few people who are now covered too. Awesome!

As an existing client this location doesn’t even deserve even a star starting by their poor and untrained customers service coming from staff members. I don’t even think these people are licensed. It seems some of them don’t even understand Insurance terminology, they cannot even answer phone calls and take right decisions to resolve customers problems. They are not even knowledgeable in the insurance industry period. As an insurance broker is very disappointed how they treated me. I was able to fix a discrepancy from them by myself. Rep. Stephanie is a deception for this company. She needs to be retrained please. Thank you
