Fred Loya Insurance

Very unhappy with this Fred lawyer insurance place. I'm not saying it's all of them, but this one in particular, because this is the second my payment for my insurance did not go through because they said they would send me a copy of when my payments were due.They never did so now I'm happy to go up there and renew policy and pay extra $25 just like I had to last time because I didn't know when my payment was due. Went back up there it took almost 1 1/2 hour to reinstate my insurance i only went back because I need insurance until I find a new insurance company 🙃

Great people. Just dnt like the 30 day months instead of being an actual month. Messes up with payments. But overall no problems with policy and getting things squared away when needed

Yes thank you Fred Loya Insurance, the Ladies there were friendly, kind, helpful and was customer service was great, for a first time buyer for insurance, I'm very grateful and pleased with the service they provided.
