We have had a wonderful experience going on six years with Prodigy Insurance Group. Jayce and his team have consistently delivered the best insurance options at the best price for our needs. One of the things we value most is that Jayce does an annual review of our coverage and works independently with a wide range of insurance companies to make sure we always get competitive rates. This year was especially challenging - we were in the middle of replacing our roof when our current insurance coverage was about to expire and our insurance carrier decided not to renew our policy, as they were pulling out of the Texas Homeowners insurance market. You and you team have always been responsive to my requests and have had good explanations for the recommendations you've made regarding our insurance needs. I feel that, although we are not paying the minimum premiums possible, our coverages are assured and will be honored by the insurers we are using.

My previous agent had been referred by a neighbor several years ago. While never exceeding expectations, they did what we asked them to do. However in the past couple of years it became extremely difficult to get any response from them, first with auto insurance which I sourced on my own, then home insurance to which they have still not responded to my questions. A friend recommended Prodigy and the service has been outstanding!
