Beware and double check your insurance with this broker. Was told by Jackie back on Dec. 5, 2022 through email correspondence that I DID NOT HAVE VISION INSURANCE. Come to find out, after researching auto drafts from my bank account in November of 2025 that I DID HAVE VISION all along. All this time I could have saved some money and unfortunately the insurance will not reimbursement me only for last past year(2025). When I asked Jackie if she would reimburse me, she said she doesn't have the authority to do that. I've sent a complaint to Texas Department of Insurance as of today because I believe this is unacceptable. Do better.
