Fred Loya Insurance

Paid for roadside assistance monthly, still had to pay 75.00 up front!! Fought long and hard to get refunded and then they only paid back 50 00!! Worst insurance i have ever had!!

This company is the slowest when paying the body shops that work on the Fred Loya customers cars they lie when they said they sent payment they say they sent payment out on 12/2 the envelope was post marked the 16th we called them for several days and they all said payment was sent don’t recommend this company at all !!!!!

This place is AWESOME! Brittany is the best of the best! SO nice, professional, and incredibly reliable!! Best insurance agent and company I’ve ever used and the only one I will ever use. HIGHLY recommend!

One person gave me a quote then transferred me to another person who then raised the quote. They are tricky liars. Go with Safeway, they will actually stick to their word.
