As a business owner wearing several hats things can become overwhelming when filing a claim or getting policy information, especially when I rarely ever file a claim over almost 8 years. David & Michelle have been on point since the beginning and teh couple times I've had a situations, they took my call or responded right away, explained coverage & policy questions, & helped me with any questions or got me to the right people who can help me further i.e. claims agent. I really appreciated David taking the time to speak with me today about details of my homeowners coverage., and finding ways to lower policy premiums.

I have been with this Farmer's Agency for less than a month and I'm already shopping for a different insurance company. I told them that I quit USAA because they had become a "self-service" company. I took ALL information about my three (3) lean holders, But they can't seem to notify the lean holder of my car. I'm getting daily texts and emails from the lean holder and after several phone calls to the agency, they've re-notified my mortgage company and, the lean holder of my car that my wife's PAID FOR car is covered. I am TOTALLY underwhelmed by this insurance company. If I don't go with someone else shortly, I positively WILL NOT renew with this agency.
