Fred Loya Insurance

I was a loyal customer for just about 10 years. Every year my price would increase quite a bit. At one point they allowed someone who was not an authorized person so make changes to my account. They didn’t apologize or try to rectify anything. I still stuck with them because before that I didn’t quite have any issues aside from pricing. This last month they said my account closed and I didn’t make a payment. I had a payment pending with plenty of funds. I requested for a team of management contact me back as I had questions on this matter as well as yet again another price increase! No one called me back. Horrible. Been with them for 6+ years and was hung up on when trying to cancel my policy. Which meant I continued to pay for 2 active policies…never can talk to a manager. Can’t believe the disrespect and utter lack of integrity when it comes to a place like this. Went to Gieco would never recommend this place even on a budget. They use and abuse.

Adjuster Eduardo Garcia is the rudest, most condescending and impatient person I have ever dealt with in my entire life. He needs to find a new job or get fired immediately because customer service is not for him.

This company our crooks I literally had this plan less than 24 hours and they charge me a $65 cancellation fee even though the lady who told me she didn’t know because she’s never done this before Claudia told me it would be a zero dollar fee. The manager, Ariel at the Denton TX location, is so incredibly rude. She was basically yelling at me and trying to talk over me on the phone. I would never ever give these people any kind of money again. I would advise anybody who’s thinking about joining Fred Loya to seriously reconsider.

This particular location of this company is completely SHAM. I doubt if they do have repeat customers over here. So, I took a 3 month insurance from them and did not want to renew because I was moving out of Texas and they do not provide insurance outside of Texas. I both called in and went to their office to notify them I will not renew (As they had my account information) which they confirmed in affirmative. However, to my surprise, they renewed my insurance for 3 more months. When I again called in to tell them the issue, they said they will cancel it and will refund. The story does not end here.
