I didn’t even get any service bad business I tried to go in but it was closed . I was there at around 9:30 am business hours are wrong ? It states they are open at @9am it even says on the door. Then I notice a woman coming in for her shift so then I decided to walk in but she looked thru the window & told me they were “closed” . 06 -30- 25

Worst insurance I do not recommend it at all I have a claim with them since july 17 they been giving me different numbers so I could speak with some one no answer.......

Called to make a payment over the phone was left on hold the first time I called again and Leslie honey you need better customer service! You most definitely don’t tell the clients “well I can’t take your payment!” Very horrible customer service! Do better!!!

I made an appointment Sat 27 for Monday 29 at 3pm. Showed up 10 mins early just in case I could start early didn't get started until 4:30!!!! BAD BAD customer service. What made it worse is that people kept coming in to make payments and clerk on duty would just stop what she was doing to service that one customer. Horrible experience!!! Go somewhere else!!!!

Terrible customer service they never answer the phone and there system is always down when you try to pay in person
