After being a loyal customer for years I feel like they’ve just decided to take advantage and provide poor customer service. I called to inquire why my insurance was going up and was told everyone in California is paying more. I didn’t ask about California, I asked about my account. On my way to cancel my policy. They have a lady who can’t speak English who talks to you on speaker lol very rude. And Gio might catch these hands.

Allstate is the best insurance company I have ever had. This location is the best. The agent by the name of Gerardo provided me with the best customer service. He was very helpful and pleasant. He did everything in his hands to help me and provide me with the best quote. He was very patient as well! I would recommend anyone to stop by and get a quote!

First impressions with a company are very important. It can make or break a new customer. Gerardo has put Grabriel Vatkin a league above all of the other insurance agencies and companies I've talked to in the last 2 months looking for a new insurance company. What he did, nobody else did: he made it feel like we were friends and I believe he provided me with a policy he'd provide for his own family.
