I had the opportunity today to call and attempt to reach the agent for my commercial account. Of course it was close to 5:00 closing time but not closed yet and the attendant actually answered the phone was very professional and delightful, not always typical in today's customer service, he tried to connect to my agent promptly, of course in complete differences he had already decided to stop taking calls even though it was still before 5:00pm because now a days 5:00 for most means 4:45 4:50pm lord forbid they work until 5:00pm because let's not take a few extra minutes for a client. But the attendant was kind enough to come back on the line and explain that the person was not available already and only voicemail available. Terrible customer service - left message for my account manager 2 wee ks ago and have yet to receive a return call. Everytime I call there i am transferred to someone's voice mail
