I wanted to personally thank Autumn Donovan for her assistance the other day, and let others know how helpful she was. I showed up at the office about 10 minutes before closing and she didn’t turn me away, but still sat down with me and searched for the best rate offered , answered all my questions, and even gave me advice on how best to proceed for my circumstances. She was knowledgeable, professional, and her customer service skills were absolutely amazing. This girl knows insurance! Autumn is truly an ambassador for the State Farm brand and I couldn’t have been happier with her assistance. If you ever need insurance give her a chance and she will go out of her way to help you, not all companies will.
