Rich Howes: Allstate Insurance

It is my experience that the Rich Howes Insurance Agency goes well beyond selling insurance policies. My agent (for a number of years) has been Mark Norcia. When I received a notice from the State related to my license and a previous automobile I had owned, I contacted Mark for help. Mark helped guide me through the process of correcting the State’s misinformation, that eliminated my issues. Mark checked the State records and stayed connected with me as we progressed through settling my issues, always responding immediately to my questions, and contacting me about updates.

After many years of coverage with them, no notification know nothing, after a credit card changed, everything was canceled had to find a new policy else where. Would never use them again

I have been with all state for many years I've been in Florida for 30 years and has had my Allstate most of the time I'm going to other companies but I always come back to Allstate for my homeowners and my car insurance they've always done me right and they've always kept me informed. My favorite one at where I am I go where I go to her name was Angel always went to her and then she got promoted because she was that good and then I'd get a different person and you know what a couple of times after she left I got a few different people and they were all good they did a great job they welcomed me they treated me right they explained things to me there was a time one time that I didn't get my bill and it was my fault and they took care of it and made sure I didn't lose my insurance I can't sa

Excellent service from everyone especially Angela Moore. She has been so helpful whenever I needed information and help. I don't have to wait days for a call back. She responds almost immediately. They all go out of their way to save me as much money as possible. You won't regret choosing this agency.

I would give them minus stars if possible....Buyer Beware!!! This agency took us from a Homeowner's Policy of $1800.00/ yr to a $10,000/yr policy. We trusted them when our first policy owner left the state of Florida to find us a replacement policy and $8,000 plus later we had a $10,000 annual premium. Partly our part for not catching this but pretty unprofessional on their part as well. Very expensive lesson learned.........Obviously they didn't have our best interest in mind.
