Farmers Mutual of NE outsources glass claims to a third-party handler. Not uncommon for businesses, however the hold time for glass claims is HORRENDOUS. Third *attempt* calling, at 1hr 15mins hold. Can I give 0 stars? Looking for a new insurance company. Insurance is already the biggest rip-off industry, why make it so you can't keep customers that are willing to pay for decent service?
