Johan was amazing. I was referred to him by a friend and what a great find. I was upset due to the high premiums I had to pay through my last agent and really didn’t have much hope of that changing from what I was told by other agents. After tackling a couple false steps taken elsewhere Johan took it all the way in for a touchdown. He not only cut my premium in half he did it while keeping things upbeat and to the point. Trying to find auto insurance on my own was nearly impossible. My insurance notified me they would not renew my policy after a claim. It was very stressful trying to find coverage on my own. Thankfully, I called FM insurance. Johan understood my situation and tight deadline. He helped me find the right coverage and walked me through everything. I had home and car insurance for most of my ownership years and that is over 30 years. As times changed so did my needs and each and every time, Brian and now Johan have been beyond helpful, to bring peace of mind in every situation. I personally do not like dealing with any company that operates through AI directed features, I like human interaction and that is what I LOVE about the FM insurance group. The other thing is having a company become an extension of yourself, your life and they do this.
