4 Stars I’ve stopped by Flowers Insurance a few times and always got a professional, welcoming vibe—especially from the front desk staff, who are consistently kind and helpful. While I haven’t used their services personally, the office gives the impression of being well-established and respected in the community. That said, it’s hard not to ignore the changes the agency went through in 2023, first joining the WRM Group and then becoming part of Higginbotham. I am curious if those changes have had any impact on how clients are served? Has the internal culture shifted? From the outside, everything appears steady—but I’d be genuinely curious to hear how existing customers and long-time clients feel about the transition. I will never ever use auto owners insurance again. I was given a written quote with an annual premium receipt and set it up for monthly billing. I made one payment and then got a bill the following month in the mail that tripled my monthly payment and they refused to do anything about it. Refuse to call me for days and weeks punted it back to the local agent and in turn the local agent. Refused to handle it and blamed it on corporate. Zero satisfaction will never do business with them again.

Ok this is on one person that works for flowers. I can't talk about others that work there. Jarred was my contact and the person that was handling my insurance needs. In the nicest way to say this is he could have cost me thousands if I did not contact progressive insurance myself and fix my coverage myself. And then he tries to tell me he didn't do anything wrong. Thank God nothing happened from the time I got insurance to the time I found out I did not have any coverage because of his lack of making sure I had the coverage that I requested. But after 1 hour on the phone with progressive insurance I now have all the right coverage for my business. So like I said I do not know about anyone else then him and this is based off of my interactions with Jarred only.

The worst people ever! Do not return calls. Are rude when they answer. Then don’t care to keep your business. Must be nice to have that much business. Increased insurance by 40% a year without notice. Then argued with me when I called frustrated. Ran into one of the owners Tripp a while back and asked if he could help me add some coverage. Said he’d get right on it. Never heard from anyone. Beware, do not buy from them. They could care less if you are there or not!
