Elise is and has been the most helpful, knowledgeable and incredible person I have had the pleasure of helping me with all my insurance needs. Started with car insurance on my son and my cars then added my home owners. Every time I have called Elise, Tori and complete staff have always been so pleasant and helpful. I have been with Blake Floyd-State Farm for over 5 years now and Elise has filled all my insurance needs. Life Insurance on myself and wife and when I was driving OTR I bought a car for my wife in Michigan and handled everything over the phone without any problems.
