My State farm representative is actually William Holmes but somebody else needs to hear my story. If I knew that it was going to take an almost 2 hours from when I started the roadside assistance request to getting my car even picked up then I never wasted my time. What's the point of having such service if I can't have something fixed for me in a timely fashion. What in the world is that shop going to do when they're not even getting the car picked up until 45 minutes before they close. I sent my representative an email and left him a quite lengthy voicemail on the matter and how unimpressed I am with the lady on the phone and making me feel better or appreciated about the situation because this is ridiculous. By far, this has been the best Agent & most apt Insurance office I’ve Ever dealt with on how she actually tries to save money for both State Farm & her customers . This is a rare thing in today’s insurance offices.
