Very unhappy with this agency. I was contacted regarding the UPC liquidation with request to call them for assistance with finding a new home insurance company. I called back Lisa Rosendahl and found her to be rude and condescending. It immediately turned me off from working with this agency to find my new insurance. The conversation was left that I would contact them back if I needed any further assistance. I found a different agent with another agency and got set up with a new insurance policy. Next thing I know I got a policy packet from a different insurance that Sunshine Agency had pushed through without my signature or agreement. Friendly and knowledgeable staff! With many insurance companies in the area, I am glad to have found this agency. They were able to shop my car and home insurance with several companies to find me the best coverage at the right price. After having gone through a major insurance company to get a policy and using a local agent, I won't go back to an online policy.
