I've had my auto insurance here for over 10 years. They have many insurance options to choose from and always at the best price. They review my policy annually and let me know if it's still the best for me or if other options are better. I do a lot of networking so have allowed other agents that ask to compare and see what they have to offer... never found a reason to change. Satellite is my first recommendation for anyone looking for car and truck insurance.

The agent (Carol)at this location is skimming off the top of your quotes & payments. She over charges you especially if she knows your in a bind for insurance. She comes off nice at first but you have to watch her. I'm surprised more people haven't reported her or come forth about it. Why...everybody is struggling. It's called integrity & morals & making sure you keep the customers happy. I understand if the job is not paying you well but come on it's no need to steal from anyone. You reap what you so & it's always some that will do better. After this last time I'm officially done. I'm just making people aware don't take my word observe & pay attention yourselves, if she gives you a quote go & research on line or in person & see for yourself.
