I am hoping that someone at Florida Blue reaches out to her and relay this message to her. Congratulations Ingram for superior customer service.

Total scam. They enrolled me in expensive plans without my application and permission, then ignored my cancellation. It took 1.5 hours on the phone to cancel, but the plans still became active on Nov 1. Now I have a $1,4k bill for something I never agreed to.

I tried to sign up for Florida blue and I paused to confirm the rate for 2026 (in 2 months). They increased my rate by over 32% over two months. When I asked why they said inflation. Inflation is currently 2.9%. They are ridiculous. These insurance companies are out of control.
