Yuney took an hour to solve all the issues my broker caused with my plan. We were not able to locate it because he had sent my application with my name spelled wrong. I have 2 days left before I run out of my BP medication. Yuney was not only empathetic but also diligent in trying to find a solution for me. She requested the name change, she sent me a temp card to use, remailed my insurance cards, and sent me a list of minute clinics around my area that will only charge me 5 dollars for the emergency prescription of these meds that literally keep me alive.
