The services I get at Ocean Harbor Casualty in Lake Worth, Florida is absolutely the best. The two women that run it are so kind and take their time, listen to you. I've never been rushed even on the phone. Ginny Gerena has been a lifesaver more than once. I was at the DMV and had a problem, I called Ginny and she stayed on the phone with me through it all until it was settled. It meant so much to me because I was so nervous and it took awhile. She calmed me down and said that's what they were there for. Honestly, I've never gotten service like that at any other Insurance Company. I rarely write reviews but I felt that they definitely deserved a great one. That was just one example of the service I get there. Thank you so much for always being there for me!! I wouldn't go anywhere else. 💖

Company has a very poor call back .been trying to contact workers comp agent amanda qualls and Anita miller for over a month and can not get a call back from them at all .very poor customer service they will not answer there phones so you have to leave a message and no one ever calls you back .been waiting on this sorry excuse of agents to help me since November 14 2024 . I need knee surgery and can not get it without the agents help they have all I can do for them and can not get anything from them .I pray this comment is read and all you honest people choose to take your business elsewhere to someone that will help you. Not just please leave a message and not call you back so you know what's going on with your case #

Very friendly customer service and easy to work with. We needed help with the insurance for one of our customers and Neli was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, amazing work and would recommend!
