FFB may be a decent carrier for insurance but the office Josh McGriff is running is not. When I purchased a new vehicle in 2017 you wouldn't believe the trouble I had in getting the insurance transferred from my previous vehicle. I was actually told it couldn't be done, and that I would be uninsured. Hardly the first time I was purchasing a vehicle but BY FAR the most difficult transaction I have ever had with an auto policy. Fast forward to 2019 and I should have known I would have issues when I wanted to cancel my insurance. No tickets or major accidents in well over 5 years but my rates keep going up and up so it's no wonder I'm moving away from them. The office, including Mr. McGriff HIMSELF who I have copied on my emails won't respond to my requests for confirmation of cancellatio

Raised rates on Car insurance, even though never got in an accident in 20 years, got three tickets in one year, oh boy, raised home insurance. Can get cheaper insurance from small co. in Miami. Gave two stars, because they were cooperative to see me go, sending me the email I need, but a political swamp, stay away unless loaded.

How does one describe a company that raises your rate 60 dollars every term despite never having filed a claim, ever, my whole life driving? This was the sixth hike in a row, why so greedy? You are getting free money mailed to you every month because I'm legally required. Like Al Bundy said, insurance is like marriage, you pay and you pay and you pay, and you never get anything back.

Very helpful staff here. They insure our condo and they were very patient with us and helped us figure out how to restructure the payments due to our selling one of the condos. I highly recommend these guys!

Jacked up home insurance from 3 k to 14k without even a phone call? After 30 years as a customer ? They just dont care.
