I came in for a walk in fingerprinting and the staff there was so nice. I came an hour before closing, which is pushing it, but the staff there was very patient with me while they asked me to pull up my confirmation of registration email (originally I made an appointment for later in the month). Not only were they kind, but they also made me feel very welcome. Specifically, Rich did my fingerprinting and he was awesome! I have to get fingerprints done each year for nursing school, and by far this was my best experience. I have never been to an Identogo location before but I highly recommend this one! Thanks guys!!!

The folks at Five Points Insurance Company could not have been more welcoming and kind to me when I went it to get my fingerprints done. They were kind, and got me in immediately to complete my prints. I will certainly return again the next time I need to get an update on my prints, and also to take advantage of other services they provide. I went a few weeks ago to eat my fingerprints done and Rich was very helpful! I was a walk-in and he was able to squeeze me in since an appointment did not show. In and out in 15 minutes and I received my results the next day even though it was expected to take several weeks!
