Terrible coverage. Abysmal customer service. I cannot stress enough how bad this company is. Precisely 0 of our family of 5's health bills were covered on their first run last year. We are still trying to get them to *acknowledge* an in-network ER bill from 8 months ago. They have repeatedly guaranteed us coverage for things that we pre-notified them for and then denied coverage when the provider billed them. Their customer service agents constantly contradict themselves. Nobody seems to know what's going on, and as a result, their coverage was less than useless to us. We still have over $6,000 of outstanding health bills from the past year because FirstCare won't respond when the providers bill them. They tell you how amazing they are but when you actually need to use your coverage they have every excuse not to cover anything. Don't waist your time or money!!!
